Orders above $300 will receive FREE Economy shipping unless otherwise stated in shipment confirmation email.
Orders above $600 will receive FREE Priority shipping unless otherwise stated in shipment confirmation email.
Business days are Monday-Friday NOT including Holidays.
The United States Postal Service is closed on weekends as well as Federal and National Holidays.
Please keep in mind that the postal service does NOT ship nor do they move items to other facilities on weekends. For example, if your order is placed Friday after 3pm, it will be in USPS possession until Monday when they resume transportation and delivery.
Backordered/Out of Stock Items:
If your order contains a backordered or out of stock item (listed on your invoice or communicated through email), your shipping time may be delayed unless you contact the shipping department (firstname.lastname@example.org) to let us know you would like to make a substitution (buyer pays difference in price when applicable; replacement item must be of same or greater price) or if you would like the rest of your order shipped ahead and have the back ordered or out of stock item shipped at a later time. When choosing the latter, the buyer pays the second shipping fee and receives a free gift (if eligible). Under no circumstance will shipping fee be waived once buyer agrees to split order into
Returned Or Refused Packages
If any package gets returned to us by the carrier there is a reshipping fee in the value of original shipping paid by the buyer. This applies for any of the following:
- Packages that the carrier was unable to deliver due to Insufficient Address
- Customer missed 3 Delivery Attempts
- Customer failed to pick up package from UPS Access Point or Post Office after delivery was missed
- Postal Carrier states customer refused the package
